Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Lenders Portal Direct and its affiliates do not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial and Real Estate companies that together market financial and Real Estate products or services to you.
  • Our joint marketing partners include: Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Professionals, Broker-Dealer, Companies that provide marketing services for us, such as bulk mailing companies, direct marketing companies, market research firms and marketing consultants.
